Chulu East Peak climbing can be organized from the base camp central region, a small valley north of Manang located off the main trail to Thorong La pass 5416m. Indeed some of the best views of this peak can be had from that pass. North-West Ridge: Go beyond the hut following the yak pastures and walk up a ridge which leads into a hidden valley where it is possible to find a good site for base camp. From this camp, ascend steep scree slopes to a col 4900m), on a subsidiary ridge that leads down from the main ridge. To the north of the col ascend snow slope for 200 meters to the base of a band of rock at an altitude of 5,100 meters and the site for a possible high camp.

Day 03: Kathmandu drive to Syange via Besi Sahar
Day 04: Syange to Tal village
Day 05: Tal –Timang village
Day 06: Timang -Chame 2713m.
Day 07: Chame -Pisang Village 3185m.
Day 08: Pisang – Manang 3350m.
Day 09 & 10: Manang - rest for acclimatize
Day 11: Manang – Chulu east Base Camp 4000m.
Day 12: Chulu west high camp 5000m. Aprox.
Day 13: High camp - Summit 6419m and back BC
Day 14: Base Camp – Thorong Phedi 4500m
Day 15: Base Camp - Thorong Pass 5416m. - Muktinath
Day 16: Muktinath - Jomsom 2800m.
Day 17: Fly out Jomsom – Pokhara
Day 18: Drive to Kathmandu
Day 19: Free day in Kathmandu
Day 20: Final Departure
